Hello and welcome to Rock Scissor Paper!
Susie and Heidi Bauer were born in the metaphoric bubble of the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles, in the late 1960’s. As children of European immigrants, they grew up celebrating pop culture and mass-produced objects of the era as a visual personification of the American dream. This became the inspiration for their designs.
Today Rock Scissor Paper has a full line of stationery with more than 500 products including greeting cards, thank you cards, blank note cards, invitations, gift tags, enclosure cards, journals, and an extensive holiday card line. Rock Scissor Paper designs have also been licensed for paper plates and napkins by Paper Products Design, Inc. and for Fotos2go, photo albums by MjZoom.
The Bauer sisters design, manufacture, package and ship all of Rock Scissor Paper’s products from their Los Angeles area warehouse to store locations all over the United States, as well Canada, Japan, and Europe.

OUR RETURN POLICY
You may return any unopened/unused merchandise* within 30 days from the date you received it for either a refund or exchange. Please note that shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded.
*Custom printed items (such as invitations, personalized holiday cards and personalized stationery) are non-refundable. Glitter panties are non-refundable due to the nature of the item.

We recommend sending any returned merchandise via insured/trackable US Mail, UPS, Fed Ex or other carrier. Rock Scissor Paper is not responsible for any returned merchandise that is either lost or damaged in transit.
Include a copy of your invoice, the reason for return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will either send the exchanged merchandise to you, or refund the amount of the merchandise to your original form of payment. You will receive an email letting you know when we receive it as well as a printed receipt in the mail.
